If you live in Mohave County Arizona and need serious help with your debt problems, and someone to stop the creditor harassment that accompanies these problems, then I may be able to help you.

There is no fee for the first consultation because that’s when I will determine what, if anything, I can do for you.

Step one: Download the Bankruptcy Intake Packet

I know, you would like to bring in the old shoebox or even the bankers box stuffed full of bills, bank statements, and bad family pictures you had hoped to lose permanently, but I will need a little more to properly evaluate your financial picture. That is why I have made this convenient intake packet available for you to download.

It is fairly short (4 pages) of mostly yes/no questions, but every question is important, and the layout is pretty simple to follow. The packet is in pdf file format, your browser should prompt you if you don’t have adobe pdf reader installed.

If you don’t understand the whole “download packet” thing, or you can’t get the stupid *pdf* thing to work, cuss the computer for about thirty seconds, and then drive to my office and ask me or one of my paralegals for an intake bankruptcy packet.

Step two: Make your appointment

Making an appointment to see me is incredibly easy. Once you have completed the intake packet, send it to my office by e-mail, mail it by postal service, or drop it off, my staff or I will review the packet, and then phone you to setup that FREE initial consultation. Yay!

Step three: Collect your documents

This seems pretty easy, but it may take some time, and yes – you may have to dig your way through that old shoe-box. After the bankruptcy consult, I will supply you with a list of all the documents that will be needed to start your bankruptcy.
